About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven insights and recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute solutions for business issues using data analysis, data mining, streamlining tools, statistical modeling, and AI methods
• Continuously develop and showcase improved analysis strategies
• Have the ability to extract insights from large volumes of data and clearly communicate important triggers and recommendations
• Determine a business issue and the available data and identify what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question
• This position is subject to local conditions and requirements. Expat assignments and sponsorship for business visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be granted. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a fully owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA
• At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis/AI
• Proven comfort and academic interest in working with extremely large datasets, and proficiency in predictive modeling
• Strong knowledge of either R or Python
• Ability to control and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships
• Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI procedures like logistic regression, random forests, GBM, Brain Nets, SVM, etc.
• Ability to use data set querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or potentially Microsoft TSQL
• Hands-on experience in using Large Data environments (Hadoop/Flume), API Gateways, and non-structured data will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Around 4 months and a half of travel to US in a year
• Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship
• Fruitful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
• Dependable, reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position
• Should be conversant in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
