**The Role**
As a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will be part of the Worldwide Public Sector team at arenaflex, working closely with customers in the U.S. Space Force to help them achieve their cloud transformation goals. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey, leveraging your expertise in cloud services, AWS best practices, and partner solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Value Realization: Identify and accelerate customer realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, partner solutions, and best practices.
* Enablement: Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other enablement programs.
* Governance: Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.
* Collaborate with AWS account managers, solution architects, and service team subject matter experts to remove obstacles, solve customer problems, and facilitate mission workload transformation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Directly engaging with customers, partners, internal teams, and services to help customers on their journey in the AWS Cloud.
* Working across AWS to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex technology problems for customers.
* Defining opportunities that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and innovation.
* Interfacing with partner and cross-functional teams, customer team members, and pre/post sales to drive detailed discussions seeking alignment to deliver cloud adoption and migration strategies with, and on behalf of, your customer.
**Requirements**
* 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
* Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
* Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
* 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs in the U.S. Department of Defense (5+ of these years working with the U.S. Space Force) and 3+ years working DoD delivery/post-sales programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
* Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines.
* Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense compliance frameworks and security requirements, such as NIST and the DoD CC SRG.
