**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting arenaflex's innovative products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close sales. **Responsibilities**
* Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network.
* Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
* Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
* Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
* Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
* Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
**Key Performance Indicators**
* Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, and provide expert knowledge to customers.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One or more years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
* Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
* Even better if you have one or more of the following:
+ Experience working in a commission-based environment.
+ Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
+ Customer service experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a retail or sales environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as the chance to receive individual incentives.
