**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, ensuring timely resolution of their queries, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and maintaining the highest standards of quality
* Collaborate with management and co-workers in a remote setting to achieve team goals and objectives
* Work independently from home in a secured workspace, with minimal supervision
* Ensure call resolution in a timely manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Provide product solutions and perform other duties as assigned
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* At least 18 years old
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role
* Strong computer knowledge, including ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
* High-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download = ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms <175 (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, must have ethernet connections)
* Previous Contact Center and/or work-from-home experience (preferred)
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
* Courteous and friendly with a high degree of professionalism
* Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Flexible in working hours
* Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
