We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the execution of less experienced Customer Service Representatives, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and the general effectiveness of the team
* Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer support impact
* Perform complex customer service tasks
* Provide subject matter expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Customer Service Representatives and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
* Collaborate with the team and communicate with various departments
* Suggest areas requiring improvement
* Connect with internal and external customers
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers
* Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with customer addresses on statements
**Required Capabilities**
* 4+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Microsoft Access skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
