Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Membership at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members via inbound phone calls and internet requests. Your primary goal will be to resolve member service requests efficiently and effectively, while promoting our products and services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Service: Respond to and resolve member service requests via phone and internet, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
- Product Promotion: Proactively offer valuable products and services to meet member needs, promoting sales and revenue growth
- Problem-Solving: Listen and understand member issues, offering meaningful solutions and critically thinking of unique member-centric solutions
- Communication: Actively listen and engage with members and fellow team members, demonstrating excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our computer systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Multi-Tasking: Perform well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior Customer Service Experience: A background in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with members and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to navigate complex computer systems, with proficiency in data entry and computer applications
- Flexibility and Adaptability: A flexible and "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing environments and priorities
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a college degree or higher
- Background Check and Drug Test: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
