Our company is built on a foundation of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity, and we're committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers and employees alike. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing expert advice and guidance on our insurance products, helping customers to make informed decisions and choose the right products for their needs * Working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and to drive sales and revenue growth through effective service and sales strategies * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and excellence * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and to drive business growth and development **Key Responsibilities:** * Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary * Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer * Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service * Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer **Qualifications/Skill Sets:** * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience * Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone * Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once * Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications * Accountable and reliable **Requirements:** * Property/Casualty Insurance License required * High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus! * 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired.
