**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Support, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and addressing healthcare-related concerns with empathy and professionalism

**Preferred Qualifications**
