Our platform is built on the latest innovations in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, ensuring that our clients have access to the most advanced tools and expertise in the industry. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team of technical experts who work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using arenaflex Cloud. As a Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying business and technical requirements, leading technical discovery, and designing client solutions that meet their specific needs. You'll also work closely with our sales teams to develop and deliver technical presentations, product briefings, and proof-of-concept work, as well as coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions that meet their specific needs * Lead technical projects, technology support, and bid responses, as well as provide product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination of supporting technical assets * Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents * Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, stages, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution that provides best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness * Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role * Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking * Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies * Strong understanding of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning concepts **Preferred Qualifications** * Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance * Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material stages * Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies * Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service mesh, and mobile security techniques * Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
