About the Role We're seeking an experienced French-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal (Remote). As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality support to our French-speaking customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Act as the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels Support our merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and optimal customer experience Work on optimizing processes related to customer support, constantly seeking ways to increase customer satisfaction and happiness Participate in an international and multilingual team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in customer support Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Fluent verbal and written French (C1) and advanced level of English (B2) Strong communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach and high level of empathy Proven experience in customer support, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to manage escalation processes Familiarity with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and ability to work with multiple tools simultaneously Well-organized, able to stay calm under pressure, and proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and computers Essential Qualifications We're looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to grow and develop in their careers.
