As a remote team member, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while being part of a dynamic and collaborative community that values diversity, inclusion, and growth. **Role Snapshot** * **Location:** Remote (United States, North Carolina) * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available * **Compensation:** A competitive salary, commensurate with experience * **Position:** Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst * **Company:** arenaflex **Key Responsibilities** As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing customer cases, conducting research, and analyzing data to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies * Utilizing customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify areas for improvement * Conducting research, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable reports or presentations for leadership * Providing insights to the leadership team on process or improvement strategies * Collaborating with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations * Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders * Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, providing root cause analysis, and making recommendations for improvements **Minimum Requirements** * High School or GED * 1-2 years of contact center experience * 2-3 years of customer service experience * 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting **Preferred Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience in data validation * Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools * Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis * Experience in analytics implementation * Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts * Proven skill level in PowerPoint **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools * Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
