Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of an ER teleradiology team, interpreting ER-based CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray images, as well as a small number of MRIs. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret ER-based CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray images, as well as a small number of MRIs, in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with our team of remote-based physicians to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiology and teleradiology, attending conferences and workshops as necessary
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and workflows to enhance our teleradiology services
Essential Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Eligible for and able to obtain Wisconsin State Medical Licensure prior to start
- Comfortable interpreting ER-based CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray images, as well as a small number of MRIs
- Emergency or Body fellowship training is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in teleradiology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of radiology information systems and electronic medical records
- Experience with quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
- Leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
