We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics - Talent Data to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our company. As a Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for cultivating an insights-driven Talent organization, enabling strategic talent decisions, and driving better talent and business outcomes by making data-enabled decisions with confidence. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and business leaders.
