About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a close-knit team of six Customer Success professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their growth and success
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success, revenue growth, and customer retention, in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and advocating for their interests within the organization

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a Customer Success team, preferably in a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of customer-centric strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
