**The Role**
As a Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in accurately inputting data into various IDMS systems, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the information. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel opportunities. You'll have the chance to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**
* Accurately interpret and enter design and inspection data into IDMS software, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Identify and troubleshoot errors or anomalies in the data, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and prevent future errors.
* Monitor for any variances requiring validation to ensure accuracy, using your analytical skills to identify and address potential issues.
* Interpret P&ID drawings and perform iso correlation for piping entry, using your technical expertise to ensure accurate data entry.
* Record UT readings accurately and reflect the correct specifications, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
* Verify entered data for accuracy through review and correction, ensuring that all data is accurate and reliable.
* Create inspection isometrics in AutoCAD (2D), using your technical skills to produce high-quality results.
**Requirements**
* Experience with IDMS Software such as PCMS, Meridian, and others, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
* Experience in Refinery or Plant inspection, or NDT experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of industry-specific data entry requirements.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
* Familiarity with various Asset Integrity IDMS software platforms, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with software applications, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
