As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our supervisors and colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our business. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Entering customer and account data from source documents into our computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting data for processing, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and consistent. * Reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies in the data, ensuring that all output is accurate and reliable. * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. **Training and Support** As a new hire, you will undergo a comprehensive one-week training program with our supervisor to ensure you're fully equipped to perform your role effectively.
