Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. You will be the go-to person for price change-related issues and questions, serving as a liaison between our merchants and stores. Your expertise in data entry and validation will be essential in ensuring the successful operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Comprehend complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, making adjustments as necessary.
- Review and enter stores' submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity.
- Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing.
- Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required, showcasing your ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with merchants, stores, and other stakeholders.
