Key Responsibilities

• Enter work orders into the computer system for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each case
• Contact accounts with any delivery conflicts and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Organize workflow throughout the lab and deliver work to departments as needed
• Verify the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing prescriptions, work tickets, and other applicable notes
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Answer telephone calls and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Assist with nightly cleanup of the area as required and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic functional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to verbally communicate with all levels of staff and provide exceptional customer service
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work efficiently in a standing and sitting workstation and complete daily requirements
