Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Job Application Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Searching high-quality job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, BuiltIn, and other relevant platforms for specific job titles provided by our team
- Pasting the URL for the job and providing other essential details (location, pay, company name, etc.) in a shared Google Sheet
- Applying for positions using the provided email address, resume information, and answering any additional questions using the information supplied by our team
- Providing the date and time of submitting each application in the Google Sheet for accurate tracking and record-keeping
Performance Expectations
We expect our ideal candidate to be able to find and submit at least 3 roles and applications per hour. Your productivity and efficiency will be rewarded, with an hourly rate of $30 for meeting the expected throughput. For any hour where you submit 4 or more relevant applications, you will receive an increased hourly rate of $40. All payments will be made promptly within 24 hours of time entry into the Google Sheet.
