As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Models and conveys a particular and great client experience, ensuring that customers receive friendly, fair, and efficient service. Registers sales on assigned sales register, provides clients with affable, fair, and productive checkout administration, and resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Engages clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintains counters and retires clean and well-promoted, takes stock, and keeps up with records, ensuring that the store is always tidy and well-organized. Executes organization resource security policies to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items. Develops and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock, and completes resets and updates as directed. Assists with detachment of food items, product arrangement, and stock rotation, using the earliest in, earliest out strategy and restocking outs. Provides client assistance in the photo area, including digital visa photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sells promotional photo items. Takes on web get obligations, screens orders, picks items, and delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store. Assists with outside and inside maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store environment and appearance. Essential Qualifications Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico). Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications Prefer a minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment. Previous work experience with blithequark is an asset. Conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Eager to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment.
