As a Data Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, data sets, and data visualization tools that support our business goals and drive business value. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data sets, and data visualization tools using a range of technologies, including SQL, Python, Docker, and GitLab * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Client, and Innovation, to develop and sustain data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain data pipelines, including ETL/ELT, data approval processes, and data visualization strategies * Work with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Develop and maintain automated workflows and schedulers to support data pipeline operations * Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and maintain data sets and data visualizations * Develop and maintain data governance and data quality processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support * Strong experience with Python and SQL, ideally with Snowflake * Experience with cloud-based data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Experience with Docker and containerization * Experience with source control systems, such as GitLab or GitHub * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies * Experience with cloud design and product development, ideally with AWS * Experience with automated workflows and schedulers * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with data governance and data quality processes **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media conglomerate * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
