Role Description

As our Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing front-line technical support for our product solutions. You will be responsible for managing customer support tickets, calls, and emails within service level agreement requirements, including handling confidential information with care and discretion. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
