We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to assist our existing and new customers with inquiries about our pool services. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, engaging with new and existing customers on our services, and overseeing route optimization for our technicians. Your excellent communication skills and ability to earn our customers' trust will be essential in establishing our reputation as a company that offers exceptional pool services.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus, but not essential. You should have a good understanding of how CRM systems work and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling challenging customers and situations are also essential.
This is a part-time position, working 20 to 25 hours a week, and is 100% remote. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
