**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues with soft drink fountain machines, including mechanical repairs and light remanufacturing
* Investigating and identifying issues with pop fountain equipment, including refrigeration systems
* Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
* Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Staying positive, working as a team player, and creating exceptional customer-centric organizations
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* A valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)
