You'll be the friendly face (or voice!) for our clients, championing our values and mission while delivering creative solutions to their queries. **Key Responsibilities** * Connect with clients via email, phone, or our support platform to provide clear and helpful solutions. * Take charge of level 1 queries and smoothly hand off more complex cases to our level 2 and 3 teams. * Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure accurate and efficient responses. * Clearly communicate our benefits and vision to help clients unlock the full potential of our tools. * Work fluently in English and French to assist our diverse clients across North America and Europe (bonus if you speak Spanish too!). **Requirements** * Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
