**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, processing membership applications, and developing strategies to drive growth and engagement. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide general administrative support, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications
* Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our Salesforce CRM
* Assist with member communication activities, including calls, emails, and Zoom calls
* Collect data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members and drive growth
* Coordinate with the finance department to track membership revenue and update reports
* Prepare membership marketing materials and support event programming staff at onsite and virtual events
* Actively participate in crafting membership development strategy, including networking and relationship building
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree with at least two years of related work experience in membership, preferably with association and/or nonprofit experience
* Excellent customer service skills and a solutions-based attitude
* Experience working cross-functionally in teams and handling multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and membership/databases highly desired
* Experience with Cvent, Canva, Sprout Social, and Salesforce preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
