- Act as an expert user of our mobile and web-based tools, providing guidance and support to our users and stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics services.
Essential Qualifications
- A combination of sales or customer service experience, optimally with a technology or logistics company, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities, and to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, with the ability to adapt to new situations and priorities.
- Must have the ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible approach to working hours and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
