We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support via phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to resolve inquiries, identify bugs, and address issues, ensuring a seamless experience with our products. Your role will also involve collaborating with our product and development teams to relay customer feedback, mitigate client requests, and drive product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Level Support: Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Identify and Resolve Client Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, diagnose bugs, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Establish Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, improving client retention and ensuring a positive experience with our products.
- Collaborate with Development Team: Relay customer feedback, issues, and requests to our product and development teams, contributing to product enhancements and improvements.
- Utilize Cloud Support Systems: Work with the latest cloud support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite, to efficiently manage client support.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Work Schedule:
As a remote employee at Blithequark, you will work a scheduled 9-hour day, with flexible start times to accommodate different time zones. Your work hours will be:
- 10 am – 7 pm EST
- 9 am – 6 pm CST
- 7 am – 4 pm PST
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- SaaS Environment Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions.
- Legal Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Intercom, JIRA, and G Suite is preferred.
