About the Position We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform for their supply ordering needs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals, providing timely and effective support through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Key Responsibilities Support existing arenaflex users by responding to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot issues quickly and explain scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner, ensuring a positive user experience Handle various daily and weekly admin responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more, to ensure seamless platform operations Work cross-functionally to provide our engineering, partner, and corporate teams with information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform Collaborate with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems, fostering a cohesive and efficient supply ordering process Help to continuously develop and expand processes in order to streamline support workflows, ensuring the highest level of user satisfaction and support efficiency Essential Qualifications 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a chat support or similar role 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Patient and compassionate approach when handling difficult situations, ensuring empathy and understanding in all user interactions Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, driving a positive and supportive user experience A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or startup environment Familiarity with intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer support Tech/start-up work experience, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing our team members with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed in their roles and advance in their careers.
