You will work closely with our airport operations team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be essential in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients, driving loyalty and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and accurate assistance with their travel needs * Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborate with airport operations team to ensure smooth airport operations and resolve any issues that may arise * Provide information and assistance to clients on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements * Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **What We're Looking For** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 18 years of age * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues * Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus) * Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training * Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays * Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship * Ability to meet organization participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards * Valid identification and U.S. visa **What Will Set You Apart** * Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality * Four-year college degree * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in multiple languages * Familiarity with airline operations and travel requirements **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global airline and travel the world * Dynamic and inclusive work environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Chance to make a positive impact in the communities we serve * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply** If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
