Job Summary
We're looking for experienced customer support professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing authentic, quick, and helpful support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and providing high-quality support to our customers in a timely and professional manner
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience
- Working closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure a productive work environment and maintain high standards of customer service
- Continually learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
- Learning from others and developing yourself as a customer support representative for Gabb Wireless
- Providing support for a wide range of customer inquiries, including account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
- A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
- An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
- Previous experience with call center software, such as Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other similar platforms, is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual customer support environment
- Knowledge of Gabb Wireless products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus
