About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept customer support representative to join our distributed team. As a part-time customer support representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, reproducing bugs, and reporting feedback and usability issues to our development team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time position that can be balanced with other commitments. With a commitment of just 1 hour per day, 5 days a week, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work at times that suit you best.
