As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and support to resolve customer issues, and working with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in continuous training sessions to improve service quality, staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and technologies to deliver exceptional customer support. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. You should also have a reliable internet connection, basic computer skills, and familiarity with internet navigation. A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are also essential.
