**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with entrepreneurs and marketers to ensure their success with our platform. You will act proactively to increase customer benefits, accelerate growth, and master challenges together. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
* Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
* Identifying potential improvements for a better customer journey and self-service
* Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to achieve fast and qualitative support
* Taking responsibility for own projects and ensuring they are completed within a quarter to improve the support service
* Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product
**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who:
* Knows how to answer customer expectations and wishes in chat conversations from beginner to advanced questions
* Always goes the extra mile for best customer experience development and thinks customer and software first
* Has a strong passion for online marketing
* Can handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style
* Is good at finding, running, and finishing projects
* Can organize their day and prioritize tasks
* Can share constructive feedback and is open to feedback
* Understands and identifies customer needs we don't fit at the moment and forwards potentials to the team lead
* Has excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)
* Has technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media (an advantage)
* Has a technical background or experience in tech support (an advantage)
