**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative & Dental & Social Media Engagement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering and making customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement.
* Troubleshooting and resolving product or application issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Meticulously documenting and updating customer follow-up records to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
* Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
* Managing social media advertising and engagement to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

**Job Type and Schedule**
This is a part-time, remote opportunity that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes weekend shifts. You'll be expected to work a minimum of 2-3 weekend shifts per month, with the option to pick up additional hours during the week.
**Pay and Benefits**
* **Hourly rate**: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
