**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
* Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
* Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions

**Required Skills**
