About the Role In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex enthusiasts, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, using your excellent communication skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have Work from the comfort of your own home, using your excellent communication skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with other teams, including production control room staff, remote production teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless delivery of content Demonstrate proficient skills in the use of all broadcast equipment and technology, including server-based recording and playback, non-linear editing systems, and content management systems Validate video and audio quality during live and recorded programming, setting up standards for incoming feeds, and clipping/editing content for production and programming Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Essential Qualifications At least 2 years of practical TV production experience at the large market or network level Ability to work flexible shifts, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational, efficiency, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software applications Preferred Qualifications Active background in a live production environment, internship, or similar educational experience Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems, such as Quantel Understanding of format changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats Experience working with closed captioning systems and related workflows Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
