Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between arenaflex and external merchants, delivering email and phone support to address their business-related inquiries and concerns. Your expertise in Spanish language and exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide prompt and efficient support, ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants. As a Customer Support Partner, you will have a direct and significant impact on the arenaflex customer experience, addressing ongoing system issues, providing process improvements, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Offer timely and professional support to arenaflex merchants via email and phone, addressing their technical issues related to inventory and order management, sales tax, and compliance. Provide expert guidance on handling orders, maintaining merchant accounts, and resolving complex issues through proper escalation channels when necessary. Meet and maintain outstanding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Effectively seek solutions through analytical thinking and data analysis skills, identifying patterns and proposing improvement ideas to optimize processes and enhance the merchant experience. A Day in the Life To excel in this role, you should possess: B2 or above proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of client personas in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience of at least 1 year in a frontline, outer-facing role requiring email, voice, or message board-type interactions with clients, preferably in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services. Solid prioritization and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in more than one language (German, French, or Italian).
