Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between arenaflex and external merchants, providing email and phone support to address their business-related inquiries and concerns. Your expertise and prompt assistance will have a direct and significant impact on the arenaflex customer experience. As a Customer Support Partner, you will be responsible for resolving ongoing system issues, driving process improvements, developing internal documentation, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Offer timely and professional support to arenaflex merchants via email and phone, ensuring prompt resolution of their queries and concerns. Assist merchants with technical issues related to inventory and order management, including the escalation of issues when necessary through the proper channels. Provide sales tax, compliance, and other relevant support to merchants, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to manage their arenaflex business effectively. Meet and maintain outstanding performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Effectively seek solutions through analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement, and proposing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience. You will interact with merchants from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized support and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. B2 or above proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of client personas in a diverse environment. Proven experience of at least 1 year in a frontline, outer-facing role requiring email, voice, or message board-type interactions with clients. Experience in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services. Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience investigating technical systems with clients, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology. Some knowledge of database tools and software applications. Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring, with the ability to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Proficiency in more than one language (German, French, Italian, or other languages), with the ability to support merchants from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
