We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support and Sales Lead to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our members.
The Customer Support and Sales Lead is the central point of contact for all communication with our members and prospective members. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of customer success, sales, and community management skills. As the voice of arenaflex, you will be responsible for guiding our members through their journey with us, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure their experience with our community is nothing short of outstanding. You will also apply your sales talent to help accepted members make informed decisions about joining our community and ensure that our Chapters are always fully booked.

To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled customer experience manager with 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success. You should be able to understand and empathize with the needs and concerns of our members, and possess a natural talent for sales and communication. You should be super organized, able to work systematically, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease. You should also be a quick decision-maker, able to think critically and respond thoughtfully to challenges and conflicts.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 – $50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to join our community as a member, with a month of working from anywhere on us, and the chance to travel and work remotely alongside our members.
