Our collaborative and supportive environment is the perfect place for you to grow and thrive. **Join our Remote Team** As a remote Customer Support Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with the opportunity to balance work with personal commitments. Our 24/7 support model requires a team of dedicated professionals who can provide exceptional customer service, even during non-traditional hours. You'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Shift Details** The selected candidate will work a night shift, from 15:30-24:00 CET, Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Thursday, with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule.
