**The Job**
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer, technical, and product support to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their experience with our software. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers in a way that builds trust and rapport.
* Contributing to the efficiency of the software support department and supporting your team members.
* Maintaining expert-level proficiency on the arenaflex platform and confidently resolving issues customers are having.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the process.
* Identifying, testing, and escalating website issues to our QA team as necessary.
* Using downtime to complete file records from the service queue or completing other tasks assigned by department leadership or management.
**Required Experience & Education**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience providing a high level of customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center.
* Experience multi-tasking multiple responsibilities.
* Experience with both Microsoft and Mac platforms.
* Experience using a variety of different web browsers.
* Ability to type 40+ WPM.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
