Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with SaaS Technology Platforms and Help Desk Software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience in a service-related industry, with a deep understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and support. Interest in growing relationships within the Employee Experience Industry, with a passion for driving employee engagement and product adoption. Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve product issues effectively, with experience working with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
