**Responsibilities**

* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management
* Providing accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies
* Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
* Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services
**Qualifications**
