Job Overview As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing product and service information, answering questions, scheduling service appointments, and resolving emerging problems that our customer accounts may face. You will be the face of our organization, interacting with our customers daily, and representing arenaflex with patience, respect, and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build sustainable relationships, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and outbound return calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and complete information using the right methods and tools. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, taking the extra mile to engage customers and drive loyalty. Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, consistently striving to exceed performance expectations. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to arenaflex's standards and best practices. Meet or exceed all company standard KPIs, contributing to the success and growth of our customer care team. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, with excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs. Ability to type 40 WPM, with high-speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the service industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
