**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and developing client relationships, and promoting the superior customer service of our agency. You will work closely with our licensed agents to set up customer appointments, assist with policy changes, and provide support to our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Answer phones and respond to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
* Work renewal and policy alerts within agency systems to ensure seamless customer experience
* Assist current customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
* Set up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews
* Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**

* Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up

* Bilingual Spanish is preferred
* Must pass pre-employment background check
