Your primary responsibilities will include: * Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service * Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs * Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction * Investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements to ensure customer satisfaction * Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency * Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the company's membership base * Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives * Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication skills, with a passion for making customers happy * The ability to work independently as well as within a team * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively **Remote Work Requirements** As a remote employee, you will need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $16-$19 per hour, based on experience. In addition, there are numerous commission opportunities available, with average earnings of $100-$1000+ per month.
