We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching service technicians, and performing various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing friendly and professional customer service to customers and company employees via phone, email, and in-person
* Keeping data and records up to date, including spreadsheet information
* Answering multi-line telephone system and responding to customer inquiries
* Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
* Assisting with general office and administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and other tasks as needed
* Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
