We are hiring 100s of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area to join our Customer Care division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to offer solutions that simplify our members' health care experience, while providing heart-driven service that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
