Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Age and Education: Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating system.
- Reliability and Attendance: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements
